Ensure Adequate Internet Signal Strength Turn on Airplane Mode to improve Internet signal strength. If you’re using a Wi-Fi, it typically has 100-feet range. However, several factors lower your Internet signal strength. When an app fails to retrieve data it shows Android error 403. Unlock the phone; tap Menu icon. Tap Settings icon. Tap Airplane Mode to enable the feature. An airplane icon will appear. Wait 10-15 seconds. Tap the same feature again to disable it. Your smartphone will probably get signal strength. Clear Google App Cache Sometimes things go wrong in Android cache. Its files are corrupted over a period of time. Clear Google App cache to sort out error 403. It is completely safe and secure. Tap “Clear cache” button under “Cache” category. Tap “Clear defaults” button under “Launch by default” category. Exit the page. Long press the Power key. Tap Restart. Your smartphone will turn off and turn on itself automatically. Integrate Different Google Account The user account integrated with Google apps may have problems. Account settings may have been changed in an incorrect manner. Sign out, disconnect the current account and integrate another one. Open Settings page. (Refer Steps # 1-2 from Ensure Adequate Internet Strength). Tap Accounts & Sync under Personal category. Tap Google. On the subsequent page, your account email id will appear. Tap that email id. Tap Menu icon in the top right corner, tap Remove option. Exit the page. Restart your smartphone. (Refer Steps # 8-10 from Clear Google App Cache). Refer to steps # 1-3 again. Integrate a different Google account. Do not use the same old account. Configure Access Point Names Configure Access Point Names Open Settings page. (Refer Steps # 1-2 from Ensure Adequate Internet Strength). Tap Mobile Data. Tap the name of the active slot. For example Slot 1 network, Slot 2 network. Tap Access Point Names.
