We’ve come up with basic diagnostic solutions to fix this problem. To quickly fix Android issues, use ST Cleaner & Booster app. Disable Auto Synchronization Auto-Sync is a feature that automatically updates data on both sides–your cloud service and the smartphone. When turned on, when there is a change in data stored on an Internet server, like Gmail server; it accordingly updates the data stored on your phone. Tap Menu | Settings. Scroll down the page. Tap Accounts & Sync. Now that you have “Auto Sync” button at upper right corner. Change it to “Off”. Turn Off Accessibility Features Accessibility Features help people who are physically or visually impaired. Turn off these features if you really don’t need them. Tap Main Menu | Settings. Tap Accessibility icon. Now that you have several options on your screen. Turn off following features: TalkBack Speak passwords Enhance web accessibility Clear Cache Cache is that location which contains your phone’s temporary contents. All apps settings are stored in the cache. The corrupt cache may cause your apps to crash randomly. Tap Menu | Settings. Tap Apps | All. Tap the name of malfunctioning app. Tap “Clear cache” button. Reset App Settings and User Configurations You probably changed your app settings. Make sure unsupported features are not enabled. Refer to steps # 1-3 under Clear Cache section. Tap “Clear defaults” button.
