Fix Android Update Errors Intelligently

The process of installing new app updates fails with an error message. In such a situation deep-clean your android phone using ST Cleaner & Booster app.

Stop and Restart Service

Google Play Store updates your apps so there’s something wrong with it. Stopping and restarting that service may work.

1. Tap Menu | Settings.

2. Scroll down. Tap Apps.

3. Tap All icon in bottom.

4. Tap Google Play Store.

5. Tap Force Stop button.

6. Exit the page, switch off and switch on your device.

7. Start the service.

Clear Up Store App Data

1. Open up apps list and then Google Play Store app-specific settings. (Refer Steps # 1-4 under Stop and Restart Service section)

2. Scroll down the page.

3. Tap “Clear Data” button.

Clear Store Cache

Cache is the process of temporarily storing your files. Android update displays error whenever your cache contents are corrupted.

1. Open up apps list and then Google Play Store app-specific settings. (Refer Steps # 1-4 under Stop and Restart Service section)

2. Scroll down; tap “Clear Cache” button.

Clear Default Settings

Set default configurations for the Store.

1. Open up apps list and then Google Play Store app-specific settings. (Refer Steps # 1-4 under Stop and Restart Service section)

2. Scroll down; tap “Clear Defaults” button.

Reset your Phone

Remember, this process removes all data stored on your smartphone. Do it only if you wish to afford losing everything stored on it. Backup is must.

1. Tap Menu | Settings.

2. Tap Backup & Reset.

3. Tap Reset Phone option.

4. Follow the on-screen instructions.
