Force Stop and Restart Facebook App

App Storage, Phone Storage and SD Card Storage information will be displayed on your screen. Determine whether there is sufficient storage space. If not, tap “Make more space” in each of these segments. Follow the instructions on your phone screen. It loads a wizard-like system to guide you through the process.

Delete Space-Eating Files

Verify you’ve deleted all duplicate and unnecessary media files from your phone and SD card memory.

Download a free app that lets you manage the files and folders. Go to Android PlayStore, search for “File Manager” and you’ll get a couple of free apps.
Go to the root directory that contains a number of music files, videos, images, and other files.
Delete the unnecessary items. To do so, check-up the boxes of all items you would like to permanently delete, and tap Delete icon on the toolbar. The process may vary depending on file manager app installed on your smartphone.
