  1. Open Microsoft Excel.

  5. It may take some time for Windows to start the backup.
  6. Once the wizard is initialized, select your destination drive where you want to save your backup. Click on Next.
  7. In the next page, choose Let me choose to specify individual folders and libraries to backup. Click on Next.
  8. Select the folders and libraries that contain your Excel Workbook. Click on Next.
  9. Review your backup settings and click on Save settings and run backup.
